Thanks Malini for talking with us today about your experiences teaching and developing courses online! We had a great discussion about online course delivery and Malini suggested some interesting tools to help us all move our online courses forward.
SCERJ - Spring 2013
What is SCERJ focusing on in 2013?
This semester SCERJ will focus on the role of online learning in higher education and how the explosion in online learning tools and options will affect pedagogy, assessment and the future of higher education.
We are asking SCERJ members to find a MOOC or other online course they are interested in and begin taking the course. We hope SCERJ members will use this forum to report their experiences back to the group and discuss our findings. We hope this blog will serve as a link between SCERJ members on-campus and those following SCERJ everywhere!

On Tuesday Feb. 26th SCERJ is happy to welcome our guest speaker - Malini Suchak who will be talking about her experiences developing and teaching online courses.

Within a year of launching, a US online university network has 2.8 million students and announces a further 29 universities joining as partners.
